3. Eligibility & Health Responsibility By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in physical activity and have disclosed any injuries or medical conditions prior to training.

4. Payments & Pricing All sessions are priced at €20 per hour unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in advance to confirm a booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on this website.

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Late arrival by the client will not extend the session time and will be charged in full. No-shows are not refundable.

7. Custom Location & Outdoor Sessions Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment. Sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions.

8. Client Conduct Clients are expected to follow instructions and behave respectfully. Sessions may be ended if unsafe behavior occurs.

9. Limitation of Liability Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk. The coach is not liable for injuries except where required by law.
